WAP / MMS Settings for iPhone Clones for Various Carriers / Countries

This is a collection of wap / mms settings for various cellphone carriers in various countries. I have formatted the settings so that they will be easy to input into most any of the fake iPhones: the sciphone, the hiphone, the i9, the i9+, the i68, the i68+, the mini i68, and whatever.

These settings may or may not work as I don't live in all these countries and cannot personally test them.

For most, the WAP and MMS profile will reference the same GPRS data account. These will have a single table that lists the GPRS data account, the WAP profile, and the MMS profile. For some, the WAP and MMS profiles require separate data accounts. These will have separate tables for the WAP and MMS settings.

If I don't have your carrier/country listed here, you can try to get the setting from this website.

Please fill free to leave any comments, questions, or requests regarding WAP for MMS settings here. For example, if you find errors, if you know the correct settings, or if you would like to see settings for a country or carrier that I don't have posted here.

  4. barry, yes the sites will be in chinese because the phone is a chinese phone. some sites will display a "english" link that you can click. otherwise, you will need to go to english-only sites or download & install opera mini.

  6. Hi anonymous,

In regards to Meteor's MMS settings, it appears you must create a separate GPRS data account for the MMS APN. Then, you must create an MMS profile that references the MMS GPRS data account.

Assuming that the settings you have provided me are correct, I have added a table with Meteor's MMS settings above.

So, you would need to create the MMS GPRS account...

    1. Go to Services > Data account > GPRS
    2. Select a data account (other than METEOR GPRS)
    3. Account name = METEOR MMS GPRS
    4. APN = mms.mymeteor.ie
    5. Username = my
    6. Password = mms
    7. Auth. type = Normal
    8. Tap on Done
    9. Tap on Yes to save the settings

Next, you would need to create the MMS profile...

    1. Go to Text > MMS > MMS settings > Server profile
    2. Choose the correct Sim card
    3. Select an MMS profile (if you have already created an MMS profile for meteor, then select that one. Otherwise, it does not matter which one you select)
    4. Tap on edit profile
    5. Rename profile: METEOR MMS
    6. Homepage: http://mms.mymeteor.ie
    7. Data account: METEOR MMS GPRS
    8. Connection type: HTTP
    9. Proxy address: 010.085.085.085
    10. Proxy port: 8799
    11. Username: my
    12. Password: mms
    13. Tap on Done
    14. Tap on Yes to save the settings
    15. Tap on Activate profile

If it still doesn't work, please e-mail me at cellphone_miscellanea@yahoo.com

    ReplyDelete
  7. oye me puedes explicar como lo configuro yo si vivo en mexico???

  8. Quizás. Al menos, puedo intentarlo. ¡Me envia a mi un correo electroníco a cellphone_miscellanea@yahoo.com! Espero que puedas tolerar mi español, la que no es muy bueno. :)

  13. Please direct requests for help to my email address, which you can get here.

    ReplyDelete
  14. If you do not see settings here, then I do not have them. But, if you contact me, I may be able to help you get them from your original phone (or you can call your carrier and get them)

    ReplyDelete
  15. Thank you so much for helping people. I have emailed to you a definition of my problem with T-Mobile MMS and my i9+++phone. For everyone, I can recieve an MMS but can not download it. I have made all of the setting as shown in the table.

    ReplyDelete
  16. sorry do you have any vodafone IRELAND settings thanks

    ReplyDelete
  17. No, currently I do not have vodafone settings for Ireland. My apologies. However, you can possibly get them out of a vodafone phone or you can call vodafone customer care and perhaps they can advise you what the internet / mms settings should be (tell them what you need: the apn, proxy address, proxy port, etc.)

If you find out, feel free to post them here or email them to cellphone_miscellanea@yahoo.com and I'll try to add them to the tables above.

    Thanks.

If this article helped you somehow, then I'd love to hear about it; so, please leave a comment. Also, feel free to make suggestions. Just keep your comments friendly, don't use cuss words or belittle other people.

Please do not put personal contact information like email addresses or phone numbers in your comments.

Feel free to ask questions, but please understand that I cannot usually personally respond to them. Also understand that I sometimes take days, weeks, or even months to come round and approve the comments (much less respond to them). So, you may have to check back frequently. Sorry. It's just too much effort to try to help everyone that visits this site now.

If I notice a trend in the questions, I may make a post to respond to all questions of the same type.

Thanks.
